Newsletter requests store your email, language, consent history and delivery status. Confirmation is required before weekly delivery. A duplicate request cannot reactivate an unsubscribed address. Preference links expire after one use; suppression records prevent unwanted mail. No advertising trackers or open pixels are enabled. Contact contact@quad808.com for access, correction or deletion assistance. Production controller identity, retention periods and the sending processor require owner confirmation before public activation.

Private submissions & measurement

Tips are encrypted and reviewed for retention after 90 days; deletion is currently an owner-reviewed process, not automatic. No uploaded files are accepted. Optional analytics store daily article-request counts and broad referral categories only; no IP addresses, tracking cookies or unique-reader profiles are stored in analytics. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable request measurement. Security throttling uses short-lived hashed network identifiers. No newsletter open pixels are used.
